Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the pre-paid UPS return shipping label provided by the portal.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.
Ship and Track
Affix the return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email once your refund is processed.
